What is your cancellation policy?
Simple.. we don’t have one. We understand that things come up unexpectedly. We just ask that you give us a call to let us know – even if its the morning of the tour.
How do we pay for the tour?
We accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. No checks or credit cards. We prefer not to split up payment amongst the guests, one payment per group please.
Should I tip the driver?
Gratuity is always appreciated if you enjoyed your tour, but that decision is entirely up to you. Our guides are here for your pleasure as their first and foremost priority.
What should I wear?
Dress for the season, layers in winter and light clothing for summer. We also suggest comfortable traction tread shoes or tennis shoes, hats or visors, sunscreen and sunglasses. Contact wearers may prefer to switch to glasses for the tour.
What should I bring?
Sunscreen for the sunny days. We provide water bottles in a cooler hitched to the back of the jeep.
What if it rains?
If there is heavy rain, then we’ll need to cancel the tour. We feel this wouldn’t be safe and would kill the fun for people with getting wet.
If it’s light rain, then we’ll have the tour. We recommend using the Mercedes SUV option vehicle. We suggest that you bring an umbrella.
What is the process for pick up and drop off?
We offer free pick up and drop off service anywhere within Temecula and Murrieta.
If you are coming from out of town and not staying in Temecula overnight, we can pick up at a pre-determined spot – Old Town is a good location. We will wait up to 15 minutes at pick up before departing, so be sure to give us a call if you are running late.

How many guests can be on a tour?
Our jeeps can carry up to 4 passengers. Groups with more than 4 people, we will use 2 vehicles. All tours require a minimum of 2 people booked for a tour.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are required. Reservations are required 48 hours in advance. Please contact us to make a reservation.
Is smoking allowed in the jeep?
No, smoking is not permitted in the jeeps.
Is there an age limit to ride in the jeep?
Yes, children that require a car seat will not be allowed on the tour. We recommend children be at least 10 years old.
